Our Philosophy

Reap Legal may have an unorthodox name—perhaps even a morbid one, especially for a Service of Process company. It may conjure images of preying upon the souls we seek to serve, but this could not be further from the truth.

A Reaper, a dealer of death, operates blindly. It does not matter who you are or what you have done—he seeks you without prejudice or bias. Saints and sinners alike must be served.

This is the foundation upon which Reap Legal stands. Justice is blind. And just as a Reaper does not know the deeds of the souls it collects, neither does Reap Legal. We are merely tools and messengers, setting forth on a mission with nothing but a name.

A Process Server holds one of the most vital roles within the court system. We are the messengers, the ones who inform those served that a legal matter now involves them. Our duty is to ensure that all parties are officially notified in the eyes of the court, granting them the opportunity to defend themselves properly.

This is our primary function—but it is not our only one.

We are also tasked with seeking those who hide in the shadows—those who run, evade, and lash out in violence. While we do not prey on souls, some are sweet to taste. Yet no matter their efforts, no matter where they hide, they will be found all the same.

Just as one cannot outrun death, no one can outrun Reap Legal.
