All subsequent attempts are completed within the next 72 hours.

Commercial Registered Agent- Service of Process: $45.00 to $60.00

A Commercial Registered Agent in Texas is a business entity specifically designated to receive legal documents and official correspondence on behalf of companies, organizations, or individuals. Unlike a standard registered agent, a Commercial Registered Agent operates as a professional service, maintaining a set business address with regular business hours to ensure legal notices, lawsuits, and government filings are received promptly and reliably.

All other Registered Agents will be treated as a Regular or Rush Service of Process.

  •      1 – 5 Legal Documents → $60.00 per document

  •       6 – 10 Legal Documents → $55.00 per document

  •         11 – 15 Legal Documents → $50.00 per document

  •          16+ Legal Documents → $45.00 per document

This price includes the Texas Secretary of State filing fee of $55.00.
