Commercial Registered Agent-Service of Process $45.00 to $60.00

A Commercial Registered Agent in Texas is a business entity specifically designated to receive legal documents and official correspondence on behalf of companies, organizations, or individuals. Unlike a standard registered agent, a Commercial Registered Agent operates as a professional service, maintaining a set business address with regular business hours to ensure legal notices, lawsuits, and government filings are received promptly and reliably.

All other Registered Agents will be treated as a Regular or Rush Service of Process.

5. Address Verification & Client Communication

  • If the address is determined to be incorrect or outdated, we will immediately notify the client and discuss the next steps.

6. Alternative Service (If Required)

  • If alternative service is necessary, the final trip to complete service will be included at no additional charge.

The process of working with Reap Legal is designed to be straightforward, efficient, and precise. Below is the step-by-step process for initiating Service of Process with us:

  1. Submit a Service Inquiry Form

    • The client must complete the form in its entirety, providing all required details to the best of their ability.

    • All legal documents requiring service must be uploaded in PDF format at the time of submission.

  2. Inquiry Review by Reap Legal

    • Once the inquiry is submitted, Reap Legal will review the request to ensure all necessary information is provided.

    • After review, Reap Legal will either:

      • Accept the service and proceed to invoicing.

      • Reject the service if it does not meet our criteria.

      • Request clarification from the client if additional details are needed.

  3. Invoice & Payment

    • If the service is accepted, Reap Legal will issue an invoice detailing all requested jobs.

    • Once full payment is received, Reap Legal will initiate service attempts in accordance with the selected service level.
